• Position Overview
• We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions.
• •Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets.
• •Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• •Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• •Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations.
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
• •Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
• •Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• •Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

• •High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
