Job Title - Production Co-ordinator

Job Description : We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to support project delivery across VFX and animation productions. This role requires strong organizational skills, pipeline awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities -

• •Track shot progress, schedules, and artist allocations
• •Maintain production trackers and reporting tools
• •Coordinate reviews, feedback implementation, and deliveries
• •Communicate across Artists, Supervisors, Vendors and Production Team
• •Flag schedule risks and support milestone planning

Specific Skill Set :

• •2–3 years' experience in VFX/Animation production
• •Working knowledge of ShotGrid, FTrack, or similar tools
• •Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• •Clear communication and time-management skills
• •Ability to work in deadline-driven environments

Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 2-3 years Industry
