Production Designer

Description

Every great idea still has to get made.

A single campaign of ours can turn into dozens of deliverables: broadcast spots, pre-roll, social cutdowns, print, out-of-home, each with its own specs and its own deadline. We need a production designer who can take all of that on and make every piece look like it came from the same hands.

The role is part production artist, part editor, part animator. You’ll handle complex jobs from file setup through final delivery. You’ll cut video, create motion graphics, and catch the small flaw nobody else notices. Throughout, you’ll bring a designer’s eye, making sure the brand and the story hold up in every format. And you’ll have the freedom to call the shots on design details, guided by our art directors and our clients’ brand standards.

Long spec sheets and tight timelines don’t rattle you. You stay organized without getting rigid, and your motion and editing skills are strong enough that the software never slows you down. You’re also good company in the thick of it, and you want a real seat on the creative team, not a desk at the end of the line.
