  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Strukturierte Analyse der Fertigungsprozesse im Bereich Integration (Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik, elektrische Verbindungstechnologien und komplexe optisch-mechanische Mess- & Prüftechnik)
  • Selbstständige Lösung komplexer fertigungstechnologischer Problemstellungen, insbesondere:
  • o Erweiterung von Mess- und Prüftechnik für die Fertigungsprozesse sowie Durchführung von Messfähigkeitsanalysen
  • o Optimierung mechanischer Fertigungs- und Hilfsvorrichtungen zur Erhöhung der Fertigungsausbeute
  • o Überarbeitung fertigungstechnologischer Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und Produktionstechnologien am Markt * Erstellung von Anlagenbüchern und standardisierten Arbeitsanweisungen#
  • Beurteilung und Dokumentation von Erstmustern
  • Fachliche Anleitung von Teamkollegen
  • Betreuung von Werkstudenten und Studienabschlussarbeiten (Bacheloranden, Masteranden)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master/ Diplom) mit natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung (z.B. Physik, Maschinenbau)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Klebe-/Verbindungstechnologie, wünschenswert auch elektrische Verbindungstechnologien
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Mess- und Prüftechnik (Koordinatenmessgeräte, Interferometer, o.ä.)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, vorzugweise Erfahrungen mit Creo
  • Sehr gute methodische Kenntnisse im Bereich FMEA
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Fehleranalysen oder Risikobewertung
  • Selbständige, systematische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office, wünschenswert Kenntnisse in Python, LabView, Matlab und Statistiksoftware
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
