Production - Executive

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all production activities related to stator winding and motor assembly , ensuring achievement of production targets with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role will focus on process optimization, manpower development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Handle all production-related activities of stator winding and motor assembly section .
• •Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets and quality standards .
• •Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and efficient production processes.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective & preventive actions .
• •Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance product design, quality, and reliability.
• •Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality.
• •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
• •Train, mentor, and develop production staff to improve skills, knowledge, and performance .
• •Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities .
• •Drive a culture of continuous improvement through initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean tools .

Skills & Qualification:

• •Graduate in any stream.
• •Strong knowledge of motor manufacturing processes (stator winding & assembly).
• •Experience in production planning, execution, and quality management .
• •Hands-on expertise in Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S implementation.
• •Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills with exposure to root cause analysis .
• •Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance in manufacturing operations.
• •Proficiency in analyzing production data, reports, and KPIs .
• •Team management skills – ability to lead, train, and motivate workforce .
• •Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Maintenance).
• •Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
