Role: Production General Operator
Career Step Level: Step level 1.1
Location: Blyth, Worksop
Salary: £32,642 (£15.26 per hour)
Hours: We are pleased to say, this is a full-time permanent contract, you will be working a rolling average of 41 hours per week working on a shift rotation of days and some weekend working. The working shifts days consisting of 7am to 7pm and nights consisting of 7pm-7am.
Such as:
4 on/ 4 off = 2 day, 2 nights
5 on, 5 off = 3 days, 2 nights
5 on, 5 off = 2 days, 3 nights

To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us.
🐾 The job:
Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
Unpack, packing, loading and unloading (boxes, finished goods, raw materials), monitoring production lines etc.
Complete general tasks such as waste processing and order packing etc.
Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators
Maintain general facility hygiene - floors, walls and conveyors etc. Everyone has their part to play in our ‘clean as you go’ way of working
Be humble in work duties, being open to jump in the fulfilment area or carry out warehouse duties to help the wider team
Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications
👀 What we're looking for:
Available for a rotating shift schedule - a mixture of days / nights and some weekend working
Hard-working & diligent with a hunger to learn
Comfortable working with raw materials such as beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb
Flexible, pragmatic, resilient & humble
Committed to food quality & safety
Good level of speaking English
Loves dogs (naturally)

Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.

This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster
