Position Summary:

To advise department personnel on production output overseeing quality, quantity, efficiency, and safety

Group Lead, Stilwell, OK

3rd Shift - 6:00 pm to 4:30 am

Role Responsibilities :

Assign daily duties and task

Advises personnel on job related issues

Supervises Quality, Quantity, Efficiency and Safety issues within the department

Directly supervises up to 20 employees

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.

Training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications :

Perform each essential duty satisfactorily during normal working hours and overtime as needed including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Ability to calculate material usage, rates, pieces per hour and number of employees needed.

Ability to calculate commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Preferred Qualifications :

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Ability to ready and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
