Production & Materials Planner

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

Lead production planning and stores operations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and on-time customer deliveries.

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.

Drive cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support business objectives.

Customer order booking & sharing delivery commitment considering process & RM lead time.

Preparation of daily machine-wise production plan in ERP system

Release production orders and travel sheet to work centers as per schedules

Obtain Daily output information (number of finished products against plan etc.)

Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders

Preparation of material requirement plan based on LOB

Daily basis monitor OEE, OTIF and operational efficiency.

Chase the concerned departments to deliver parts according to the plan

Preparation of material requirement sheet according to the bill of material(BOM) & sharing on monthly basis to purchase.

Analyze production and inventory metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost, and service levels.

YOU HAVE:

University graduate (Mechanical, Automobile.);

Previous experience of 8-10 Years in Production & Material Planning and Warehouse Management will be preferred

Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP, BI systems

Ability to understand production processes, cycle time, estimate product takt time, work to deadlines, and orientation towards problem-solving;

Attention to detail and commitment to quality and results;

Able to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.
