Procesul de SMT (Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) - Tehnologie de montare pe suprafață) presupune urmatoarele etape:

Printing & SPI – proces printare PCB;

Placement – plantare automata componente SMD;

Reflow – proces de Reflow;

AOI – inspectie optica automata.

Responsabiliti:

Operarea si setarea echipamentelor Dek,SPI,NXT,Reflow

Verificarea si analiza defectelor detectate de sistemul AOI si clasificarea acestora

Interpretarea rezultatelor inspectiei si raportarea defectelor echipei tehnice

Asigurarea calitatii produselor conform standardelor interne si cerintelor clientilor

Respectarea si atingerea indicatorilor de productie,criterii de oprire productie

Asigurarea operatiilor de pregatire productie pentru linia SMT-wash,MSL,setup

Mentinerea si curatarea echipamentului SMT conform procedurilor (5S)

Efectuarea change over-urilor si intocmirea documentatiei conform procedurilor interne

Manipulare corecta a PCB-urilor in zonele sale de proces.

Cerinte:

Experienta in domeniul de productie SMT (Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) → Tehnologie de montare pe suprafață), respectiv AOI

Studii medii; studiile superioare constituie un avantaj;

Seriozitate si punctualitate;

Respectarea regulilor specifice unei industrii Automotive;

Disponibilitate si flexibilitate program de lucru in 3 schimburi.

Oferta noastra:

Al 13-lea salariu;

Al 14-lea salariu, calculat in functie de atingerea indicatorilor de productivitate si calitate;

25% spor pentru orele lucrate de noapte;

200% spor pentru orele lucrate suplimentar in zilele de weekend;

Tichete de masa de 40 RON;

Asigurare medicala privata prin Medici's;

+ 1 zi de concediu de odihna in fiecare an in functie de vechimea in companie, pana la maxim 10 zile;

+ 1 zi de concediu de odihna in fiecare an acordata pentru ziua de nastere a angajatului;

Contract de munca pe perioada nedeterminata direct cu compania noastra;

Transport asigurat;

Preocupare permanenta de a fi un angajator cat mai bun;

Echipa extraordinara de Productie;

Mediu de lucru curat si cu echipamente performante.
