Essity is looking for production operators at its Cherokee/Barton Alabama manufacturing facility.

What You Will Do

• •Operate many different types of machinery
• •Operate lift trucks and other types of mobile equipment
• •Work with basic computer systems
• •Conduct basic maintenance on machinery

Who You Are

• •Have a high school diploma or GED
• •Manufacturing experience is a plus
• •Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends
• •Ability to analyze data
• •General mechanical aptitude
• •Ability to work in a team-based environment
• •Ability to take direction and execute
• •Must pass written assessment, interview, pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check

Compensation and Benefits

Starting rate $24.14/hourly rate with an increase to $25.34/hourly rate after six months.
