Production Operator

Principal Responsibilities

• •Perform chemical production and manufacturing operations in accordance with production plans, Work Instructions, and SOPs.
• •Verify and prepare raw materials and perform overall production activities, including Dosing, Mixing, Sampling, Filling, and Packaging .
• •Safely operate production equipment such as Mixing Vessels, Pumps, Agitators, and Scales , and monitor process conditions and equipment status.
• •Use MES and Barcode Systems to verify raw material, batch, and production information and maintain required production records.
• •Perform cleaning and basic inspection of vessels and related production equipment after production.
• •Report any process, equipment, or quality issues promptly and support production trials and process/equipment improvement activities in cooperation with relevant departments.
• •Handle and move raw materials and finished products and maintain 5S and good housekeeping practices in the production area.
• •Comply with company EHS, Quality, SOPs, and Work Instructions , and ensure proper handover of production status and key issues between shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
• •Previous experience in chemical production or a manufacturing environment preferred .
• •Basic understanding of production equipment, Work Instructions, and SOPs, or the ability to learn them effectively.
• •Basic ability to use production management systems such as MES and Barcode Systems .
• •Basic numerical skills and ability to use measuring equipment.
• •Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with work procedures , with good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• •Ability to stand and move for extended periods while performing production activities.
• •Ability to handle and move raw materials, packaging materials, and production-related items as required.
• •Work in a manufacturing environment involving chemicals and production equipment , with compliance with all applicable EHS procedures and PPE requirements.
• •Shift work may be required depending on the production schedule.
