Overview
Mural is partnering with a global specialty chemical and polymer manufacturer to staff their production facilities across multiple states. Our client produces polymer colorants, additive masterbatches, and specialty materials used in automotive parts, packaging, appliances, consumer products, and healthcare. Their plants run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they need reliable production workers who can show up consistently, follow safety procedures, and grow within the operation.
What you will be doing
Support production operations including packaging, labeling, material staging, and line assistance
Help prepare work areas and move materials in support of the production team
Learn production processes, safety standards, and quality expectations through on-the-job training
Wear required PPE throughout the shift including safety glasses, gloves, and any area-specific equipment
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in your assigned work area
Follow all safety rules, work regulations, and applicable ISO/EHS guidelines
Complete basic documentation as required; participate in training and improvement processes
What we are looking for
No specific prior manufacturing experience required -- entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Physically capable of standing and moving for a full shift; able to lift 55 lbs regularly
Reliable attendance -- showing up consistently every day is the most important quality at this level
Comfortable working in an industrial environment with dust, chemical exposure, and required PPE
Basic computer or documentation literacy a plus but not required
Available for 1st shift, Monday through Friday; reliable transportation to Massillon, OH
High school diploma or GED required
Pay and Schedule
Competitive hourly rate. 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Massillon, Ohio -- Stark County area near Canton.
