Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety regulations, procedures, and internal instructions to prevent occupational risks and support environmental management. Report any changes that may affect procedures to the section supervisor.
  • Follow work instructions by performing the tasks assigned by the team leader or supervisor in accordance with production standards and procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, following established cleaning standards and procedures.
  • Monitor production parameters by controlling and recording data on manufactured products and reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Carry out tests and improvements according to the control plan, participate in continuous improvement projects, and propose ideas for process or product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: A minimum qualification as a technician in the field is desirable (training in mechanics).
  • Specific Training: Basic-level training in occupational risk prevention is desirable.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools (Word and Excel) is desirable.
  • Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and commitment to safety regulations.

Compensation for this position will be determined in accordance with the collective agreement applicable to the professional category assigned. ‎ ‎
