As a Production Superintendent, you will lead a key manufacturing operation that keeps our products moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Production Planning & Execution

• •Manage and supervise daily production activities in line with the production plan.
• •Ensure production output targets are achieved in accordance with company standards.
• •Optimize the use of manpower, materials, machinery, and production time.
• •Identify and resolve issues that may impact production performance.

Operational Excellence

• •Implement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• •Analyze downtime, production losses, and process bottlenecks.
• •Drive continuous improvement programs, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.

Quality Management

• •Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
• •Work closely with the Quality team to address non-conformances.
• •Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

• •Ensure all production activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
• •Promote and monitor safe working practices across the production area.
• •Participate in incident investigations and improvement initiatives.

Leadership & People Management

• •Lead and supervise production teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• •Coach, mentor, and develop team capability and performance.
• •Manage workforce planning, performance reviews, and employee discipline.

Reporting & Coordination

• •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• •Monitor production KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
• •Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• •Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• •Proven experience in manufacturing or production operations, including leadership responsibility.
• •Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• •Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem-solving, and decision-making.
• •Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001/K3 standards.
• •Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
• •Results-oriented with the ability to plan, organize, and drive execution effectively.
