Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

 To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our production department in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
What a typical day looks like:
- Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment.
- Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO.
- Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.
- Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions.
- Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation).
- Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment.
- Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects.
- Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- University degree (preferably technical or related to production management).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations.
- Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, responsible, and independent.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
- Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage.
