About the Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• •Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets .
• •Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation.
• •Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and productivity .
• •Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Production teams .
• •Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards .
• •Monitor machine performance and coordinate for breakdowns and maintenance.
• •Maintain production records, batch documentation, and shift reports.
• •Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
• •Minimize rejection, wastage, downtime, and production losses .
• •Train and guide operators and production staff.

Preferred Background

• •3–6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or chemical manufacturing .
• •Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field .
• •Experience in handling 30+ manpower will be preferred.
• •Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, GMP, and safety practices.
• •Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
