Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Fully cooperating and collaborating with the operation-related function such as EHS , quality, process & equipment, supply chain, purchasing etc. to enable the daily operation smoothly and to quickly react with respect to internal or / and external customer’s requirement & expectations.

Daily work includes:

• •Closely Track daily SQDIP metric to ensure the healthy KPI trend by hosting the daily T2 review.
• •Lead line leaders to quickly react the problem-solving on Gemba and closely track work order compliance performance to hit the daily target.
• •More focus on people management such as people training plan/ Multi-skill qualification plan/effective communication in a transparent way by digging into the details.
• •Take the lead on 5S+ continuous improvement together with team by utilizing lean concept to minimize kinds of waste and to ensure the fully safety compliance by going to Gemba to see the fact.
• •Lead or/ and participate kaizen events scheduled in the kaizen funnel by practicing Lean tool.
• •Well-organize the comprehensive communication with the team to fully align with company policy-related
• •Key to fully implement all actions defined by team on Gemba and to drive the team to sustain consistently.
• •CTQ identification in mind by encouraging the team to form a system of CI and LPA mindset.

Professional qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical- engineering or / and mechatronics-engineering, semi-conductor industry- related…
• •5 years or above production supervisor working experience in manufacturing operation function, working experience in semi-conductor industry is preferred…
• •Be familiar with lean tool practices such as VSM, Problem-solving, Kanban, TPM, SWs 5S+ VM, and so on.

• •Mature lean knowledge and concept.
• •Good management skills to motivate team members, and strong teamwork and collaborative sense.
• •Good IT basic know-how knowledge (Microsoft® Office, SAP, etc.).
• •Fluent in English.
