Production Support Engineer

• This role provides high-level operational support for complex production and cloud-based application environments supporting critical government systems.
• You will be responsible for maintaining system availability, resolving technical issues, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations across infrastructure and applications.
• The position combines cloud engineering, systems administration, automation, monitoring, database support, security, and production troubleshooting.
• You will work directly with users and senior stakeholders while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams.
• The role also involves continuous improvement, infrastructure maintenance, documentation, and compliance with government security standards.
