Production Team Lead

Position Summary

The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains workplace organization, enforces company standards and procedures, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead, train, coach, and motivate production associates to achieve operational goals.
• •Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• •Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• •Monitor production performance and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• •Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
• •Support quality control initiatives and ensure products meet customer requirements.
• •Conduct employee coaching, performance feedback, and development activities.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
• •Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing solutions.
• •Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates to management.
• •Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

• •High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• •Technical school certification or related training preferred.

Experience

• •Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• •Previous experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership role preferred.

Language Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
