What You'll Do:

• ? Assemble high-quality trolling motors – from sub-assemblies to main builds
• ? Test final products to ensure top-tier performance
• ? Build and test remotes & foot buttons for seamless operation
• ? Use pneumatic tools and other industry-standard equipment
• ? Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• ? Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements

Work Schedule & Environment:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (One-hour lunch break)

Work Setting: Warehouse/production environment with moderate to loud noise levels (forklifts, tools, etc.)

Physical Requirements: ? Ability to stand, walk, and work with your hands for extended periods ? Lift and move up to 50 lbs ? Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to industrial chemicals (safety measures in place) ? Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
