Strong hands-on PCB soldering skills, including through-hole and fine-pitch SMD components.
Experience assembling electronic systems, cable harnesses, and precision electro-mechanical hardware.
Experience using laboratory and production equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, organized, and quality-focused approach.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good organizational and planning skills to achieve goals on time.
A willingness to learn new technologies and develop into a broader production engineering role.
