• Schedule:
• •Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• •Overtime is infrequent but may be required based on business needs.

• Job Description:
• •Operate a variety of CNC and manually controlled metal-forming equipment according to job specifications
• •Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements
• •Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines
• •Perform test runs to verify proper machine operation and setup
• •Set up and operate machines through complete production cycles
• •Monitor equipment throughout production runs to maintain consistent quality and efficiency
• •Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify finished parts meet specifications
• •Perform routine daily maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as needed
• •Adhere strictly to company safety policies and quality control procedures
• •Participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Job Requirements:
• •Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a continuous basis and up to 50 lbs. occasionally and independently
• •Basic math skills
• •Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions accurately
• •Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• •CNC or production machine experience preferred
• •Reliable in reporting to work as scheduled and on time
• •Ability to read and write in English as required to understand work instructions, safety information, and production documentation

• Salary:
• •$20-$23 per hour based upon experience
• •Monthly bonus based on productivity & profits
• •$2,000 Signing Bonus
