Your Role

As a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect , you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end Teamcenter solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project leaders to drive successful PLM transformations and modernization initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• •Design and implement end-to-end Teamcenter solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• •Prepare high-quality solution architecture and design documentation for Teamcenter implementations.
• •Support application teams during Teamcenter upgrades and platform modernization initiatives.
• •Drive migration activities from Rich Application Client (RAC) to Active Workspace (AWC).
• •Participate in global IT software projects leveraging the Teamcenter platform.
• •Guide project teams on Teamcenter customization best practices and architecture standards.
• •Identify and recommend optimization opportunities for existing Teamcenter customizations and configurations.
• •Establish and govern Teamcenter design, development, and quality standards across projects.
• •Design integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Solid Edge, and other MCAD tools.
• •Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex Teamcenter application issues.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable PLM solutions.

Your Profile

• •10+ years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM solutions, architecture, and implementation.
• •Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) modules including:
• •Engineering Data Management
• •BOM Management
• •Workflow Management
• •Change Management
• •Active Workspace Configuration and Customization
• •Teamcenter Architecture and Data Model Configuration

• •Proven experience translating business requirements into Teamcenter/PLM solutions.
• •Hands-on experience in Teamcenter solution design for both client and server-side components.
• •Experience integrating Teamcenter with enterprise and engineering applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Solid Edge, and MCAD tools.
• •Strong knowledge of Teamcenter installation and configuration including:
• •2-Tier and 4-Tier Architecture
• •File Management Server (FMS)
• •Dispatcher Server
• •CAD Integrations

• •Expertise in Teamcenter client-server customization and SOA-based development.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• •Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a global environment.
