Erkennen von Consumer-Trends und deren kreative Umsetzung in neue Produkte

Zielkostenorientierte und termingerechte Entwicklung von qualitativ hochwertigen Brotaufstrichen, Getränken oder ähnlichen Produkten nach Kundenvorgaben unter Beachtung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

Optimierung von Rezepturen unter Qualitäts- und Kostengesichtspunkten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf Rohware

Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung von technologischen Prozessen

Systematische Pflege und Verwaltung der vorhandenen Rezepturen in unserem IT-System

Ihr Profil:

Qualifizierte, abgeschlossene Ausbildung wie z.B. Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Süßwarentechniker:in, Lebensmitteltechnische:r Assistent:in, Koch/Köchin oder ein Studium im Nahrungsmittelbereich

Erste praktische Berufserfahrung

Selbstständigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

Sie zeichnen sich durch Kreativität aus, gehen gerne neue Wege und schauen selbstverständlich über den Tellerrand hinaus
