Produktentwickler (m/w/d)

Kernaufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Produktinnovationen (Meal Replacements, Supplements)
  • Food Science & Rezepturen: Nährstoffformulierung, Geschmack, Textur, Haltbarkeit
  • Skalierung von Prototypen bis zur Produktionsreife
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und QS während Entwicklung
  • Compliance & Regulierung (KHAG, Health Claims, Zulassungen)
  • Produkttesting und sensorische Analysen
  • Go-to-Market Optimierung für neue Produkte
  • Technische Dokumentation und Rezepturen-Management

Erforderliche Fachkompetenzen

  • Food Science / Ernährungswissenschaft Hintergrund
  • Expertise in Formulierung (Makro- und Mikronährstoffe)
  • Kenntnisse in Technologie & Verfahrenstechnik (Mixing, Packaging)
  • Sensorik und Produkttesting Erfahrung
  • KHAG und Regulatory Knowledge (Supplements/Clinical Nutrition)
  • Projektmanagement für Produktentwicklung
  • Fließend Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Laborerfahrung oder analytische Fähigkeiten

KPI & Erfolgskriterien (Jahr 1)

  • ✓ Mindestens 2-3 neue Produkte von Konzept bis Marktreife entwickelt
  • ✓ Durchschnittliche Go-to-Market: unter 4 Monaten pro Produkt
  • ✓ Sensorik- & Stabilitätstests erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • ✓ Produktmanual / Technische Datenblätter komplett dokumentiert

Nice-to-Have Qualifikationen

  • ○ Kenntnisse in Sensorik-Laboren und Geschmackstechnologie
  • ○ Erfahrung mit Skalierung von Klein- zu Großmengen
  • ○ Lust Hands on Produkte/Geschmäcker zu entwickeln
