  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und termingerechten Fertigung
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und
  • Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Produktion Organisation und Optimierung
  • der Lagerhaltung, Bestandskontrolle und Warenwirtschaft Führung,
  • Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsteams sowie des
  • Lagerpersonals Planung und Steuerung des Materialflusses sowie
  • Bestandsmanagement Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, z.B.
  • Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik Erstellung von Berichten und
  • Analysen zur Produktions- und Lagerleistung Was Sie mitbringen
  • sollten: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische
  • Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Produktion
  • oder Logistik. Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der
  • Produktionsleitung und Lagerverwaltung. Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich
  • Kälte/Klima. Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Lagerverwaltung
  • und ERP-Systemen Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und
