Wir suchen ab sofort zur Direktvermittlung in unseren Kundenbetrieb in Bleicherode eine/n Produktionscontroller (m/w/d).

Das zeichnet dich als Controller aus

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling oder kaufm. Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im Produktionsbetrieb wünschenswert
  • MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Strukturierte, analytische und dienstleistungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Navision sowie erste Erfahrungen mit PowerBI oder anderen Analyse-Tools
  • Teamfähigkeit und Gestaltungswille

Darauf kannst du dich als Produktionscontroller freuen

  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Liquiditätsplanung
  • Pflege und Entwicklung der Produktions-KPI-Tools
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc Auswertungen für die Werks- und Geschäftsleitung
  • Mitwirkung am Aufbau einer integrierten Reporting- und Analyseplattform, bspw. in PowerBI
  • Erstellung statistischer Meldungen
  • Investitions- und Projektcontrolling
  • Synchronisation des internen und externen Rechnungswesens
  • Konzerninterne Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Mutterunternehmen
