# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Identifikation von Markttrends sowie Ableitung neuer Produktanforderungen und -ideen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte und zielgerichtete Entwicklung neuer Lösungen, inklusive Konzeptentwicklung, Detailkonstruktion, Erstellung von Fertigungsanweisungen und Montageanleitungen sowie Produkteinführung und Prozessimplementierung
  • Technische Beratung und Ansprechpartner für Holzprodukte im Kundenkontakt sowie für den Vertrieb
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellenfunktionen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Projektumsetzung

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle Produktionsentwickler (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung als Tischlerin oder Holzmechanikerin, idealerweise mit Weiterqualifizierung zum Meister, Techniker oder (Holz-)Ingenieur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, bevorzugt im Bereich Holz-, Fenster- oder Fassadentechnik
  • Sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (vorzugsweise AutoCAD oder Creo), ERP-Programmen (idealerweise SAP) und MS-Office
  • Kreativität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität sowie Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
