  • Aufgaben:
  • Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen für Schrottsichtung, Vermahlung und Probenahme
  • Durchführung von Mazerationsprozessen einschließlich Befüllung, Entleerung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Dicalciumphosphat-Produktion mit Fällung, Zentrifugation und Trocknung
  • Verladung, Versand und Warenannahme von Rohstoffen, Betriebsstoffen und Endprodukten
  • Störungsanalyse sowie Unterstützung bei Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten und Nutzung des ERP-Systems
  • Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Abwasserprobenahme und Prozesskontrolle
  • Profil:
  • Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Chemikant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Kenntnisse in Wartung und Instandhaltung sowie Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Chemikalien
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
