Die wilhelm-plastic GmbH & Co. KG in Floh-Seligenthal ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich Kunststoff-Spritzguss. Wir fertigen technische Kunststoffteile für unterschiedliche Branchen und stehen für zuverlässige Prozesse, hohe Qualitätsstandards und praxisnahe Lösungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Produktionshelfer Kunststoff und Kautschuk (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Sicht- und Lichtprüfung von Kunststoffbauteilen
  • Entgraten und Nachbearbeiten von Bauteilen
  • Montage von Kunststoffteilen und Baugruppen
  • Verpacken und Etikettieren der gefertigten Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei innerbetrieblichen Transport- und Logistikabläufen
  • Bereitstellung und Weitergabe von Bauteilen innerhalb des Produktionsprozesses
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • gutes Sehvermögen und ein Auge für Details
  • sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • handwerkliches Geschick und Sicherheit bei manuellen Tätigkeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem

Auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind bei entsprechender Motivation und Lernbereitschaft herzlich willkommen.
