H&P Unternehmensberatung sucht Sie als Produktionshelfer (m/w/d) in Dülmen zur Direktvermittlung. (KEINE ZEITARBEIT)!!!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Maschinenbedienung: Bestückung und Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen sowie einfache Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Sichtprüfung der gefertigten Teile auf Beschädigungen und Maßhaltigkeit.
  • Verpackung & Versand: Fachgerechtes Verpacken der Waren und Vorbereitung für den Warenausgang.
  • Allgemeine Hilfstätigkeiten: Zuarbeitende Tätigkeiten wie Materialtransport innerhalb der Halle und einfache Reinigung des Arbeitsplatzes

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion ist wünschenswert, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Motivation: Sie haben eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, körperliche Belastbarkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht) sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
