Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bedienung von Maschinen und Anlagen im
  • Produktionsprozess
  • Transport von Rohstoffen und Fertigwaren mit Stapler und Kran
  • Überwachung der Produktionsqualität und Dokumentation relevanter
  • Kennzahlen
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Ordnungsvorgaben am Arbeitsplatz
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
  • Allgemeine Lager- und Produktionstätigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schichtleiter inkl. Stellvertretung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Maschinenführer oder Anlagenbediener
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen
  • Bereich von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Führungsaufgaben als stellvertretender Schichtleiter
  • Staplerpraxis und Kranerfahrung wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Vollkonti-System
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und
  • Teamorientierung
