## Produktionshelfer (m/w/d)

Für unseren Kunden in Bremen suchen wir Dich als Produktionshelfer (m/w/d)

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Unterstützung bei der Herstellung von Faserverbundbauteilen
  • Zuarbeit beim Laminieren (z. B. Material anreichen, vorbereiten, einfache Verarbeitungsschritte)
  • Zuschneiden von Glasfaser- und anderen Verstärkungsmaterialien nach Vorgabe
  • Vorbereitung von Formen und Arbeitsplätzen
  • Entformen und einfache Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen (z. B. Schleifen, Reinigen)
  • Transport und Bereitstellung von Materialien innerhalb der Produktion
  • Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Tätigkeiten im Produktionsumfeld

## DEIN PROFIL:

  • Keine abgeschlossene Ausbildung erforderlich – Quereinstieg ausdrücklich möglich
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an praktischer Arbeit
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Grundverständnis für Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
