Stellenanzeige: IT-Helfer / Rollout-Assistent (m/w/d) – Hardware & Software

  • *(Wir modernisieren die IT-Infrastruktur unseres Kunden und suchen Unterstützung für die Hardware-Vorbereitung.)*

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Hardware-Setup: Du packst PCs, Laptops, Monitore und Peripheriegeräte (Maus, Tastatur, Dockingstationen) aus und schließt sie fachgerecht an.
  • Installation: Du installierst Betriebssysteme (überwiegend Windows 10/11) – entweder manuell oder über vorbereitete USB-Sticks/Netzwerk-Images.
  • Funktionstest: Du prüfst, ob die Geräte einwandfrei laufen (Boot-Vorgang, WLAN-Verbindung, Pixelfehler-Check).
  • Dokumentation: Du erfasst Seriennummern und hältst den Status der Bearbeitung fest.
  • Verpackung: Nach erfolgreichem Test bereitest du die Geräte für den Versand oder die Übergabe an die Nutzer vor

Dein Profil:

  • Technisches Verständnis: Du weißt, welches Kabel in welchen Port gehört und hast privat schon öfter Rechner aufgesetzt.
  • Sorgfalt: Du gehst vorsichtig mit hochwertiger Hardware um und arbeitest konzentriert (keine "Kabelsalate").
  • Betriebssystem-Kenntnisse: Die Installation von Windows (und ggf. Treibern) ist für dich Routine.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verstehst Installationsanweisungen auf Deutsch (oder Englisch).
  • Haltung: Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
