Die Siepe GmbH ist ein erfolgreiches, inhabergeführtes, mittelständisches Industrieunternehmen in Kerpen bei Köln. Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben an drei Standorten in Deutschland hochwertige Industrie- und Konsumverpackungen aus Stahlblech und Kunststoff.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unser Werk in Kerpen- Sindorf eine engagierte Persönlichkeit (m/w/d) als

Produktionshelfer(m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

-Einrichtung von Maschinen und Anlagen

-Organisieren des operativen Fertigungsprozesses

-Kontrollieren von Arbeitsabläufen und Produktqualität, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Problemen und ergreifen gezielter Gegenmaßnahmen

-Einhalten der Fertigungsziele und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe

Bodenständig und erfolgreich - Deshalb passen Sie zu uns:

-Eine Ausbildung ist kein muss! Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert

-Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zielorientiert.
