### Für ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen in Röthenbach an der Pegnitz suchen wir Produktionshelfer (m/w/d) für eine reine Bedienertätigkeit in der industriellen Fertigung. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist geprägt von geregelten Produktionsabläufen, technischen Anlagen und der Herstellung leichter, stabiler Behältersysteme.

Unser Angebot:

  • Stundenlohn von 20,48 € zum Start, Erhöhung auf 21,06 € ab dem 6. Monat
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung in die Bedienung der Anlagen
  • Moderne Fertigung mit klar geregelten Arbeitsabläufen
  • Tätigkeit in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Arbeitszeit zunächst im 2-Schichtmodell, perspektivisch 3-Schichtmodell nach betrieblicher Planung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Einlegen von Papiermaterialien in Wickelmaschinen
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlage
  • Herstellung leichter und stabiler Rollenbehälter nach Vorgabe
  • Kontrolle des Wickel- und Verstärkungsprozesses
  • Durchführung einfacher Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Sichtprüfung der gefertigten Teile
  • Weitergabe der fertigen Produkte an den Versandbereich
  • Saubere Handhabung der Materialien im laufenden Produktionsprozess

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Handwerkliche Ausbildung oder handwerkliches Geschick wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtmodell
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise bei der Qualitätsprüfung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit im geregelten Produktionsablauf
  • Fingerfertigkeit und sicherer Umgang mit leichten Materialien
