Vollzeit, Kreis Minden-Lübbecke, ab sofort

Unser Kunde ist ein erfolgreicher Betrieb aus der Druckbranche im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke.

Du richtest die Maschinen ein, packst selbst mit an und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung, bis hin zur Stellvertretung des Produktionsleiters.

Deine Aufgaben

Maschinen in Weiterverarbeitung und Lettershop einrichten und selbstständig bedienen

Aufträge bis zum Versand begleiten

Neue Kollegen an den Maschinen anlernen

Abläufe in der Produktion verbessern

Das bringst du mit

Technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Drucker, Mechatroniker oder Industriemechaniker, oder Erfahrung mit Maschinen

Technikverständnis und ein gutes Händchen für Maschinen

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Lust auf Verantwortung

Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, wenn nötig

Gute Deutschkenntnisse
