  • Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen und -Abläufen
  • Sicherstellung der Kosteneffizienz
  • Führung des Produktionspersonal
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderung
  • Überwachung auf Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Betonbauer oder artverwandte Berufe
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker/Ingenieur mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
