Aufgaben:

In der Position als Produktionsleiter/in sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • Leitung und Koordination des gesamten Produktionsprozesses.
  • Implementierung von Effizienzsteigerungen und Qualitätskontrollen.
  • Überwachung der Produktionspläne und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung.
  • Schulung und Entwicklung des Produktionspersonals.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe.

Profil:

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personal und wenn möglich Meister oder Techniker Titel.
  • Wünschenswert eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sprache Deutsch / Englisch / Russisch
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit.
