Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n motivierte/n

### Produktionsleiter/in in der Schreinerei (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation der Werkstatt
  • Personalführung, Einsatzplanung, Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit und termingerechter Aufträge
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, Methoden und Werkzeugen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Produktionsabläufe von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung

Die Anforderung:

  • Schreinermeister, Tischlermeister, Holztechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Organisationstalent
  • Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Möbel- Innenausbau, sowie Messebau
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in Werkstatt/Produktion wünschenswert
