Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionsprozesse und deren kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Kostenkontrolle
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Produktionsteams
  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean- und Qualitätsmanagement-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Logistik, Einkauf und Technik
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position innerhalb der Produktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktions- und Prozessoptimierung (z. B. Lean, Kaizen)
  • Führungserfahrung und souveräner Umgang mit Mitarbeiterführung
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Entscheidungsfreude
