Für eine wachsende Lebensmittelproduktion in Werne suchen wir Dich. Hier werden hochwertige Gerichte gegart, küchenfertig verpackt und täglich an Großkunden geliefert.

Als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) bist Du der Entscheider im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Dabei sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und gestaltest den Ausbau der Produktion.

  • Du führst die Schichtleiter und ihre Teams
  • Du behältst die Kennzahlen im Blick
  • Du optimierst den Betrieb für das weitere Wachstum
  • Du verantwortest die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Das ist Dein Profil
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung, z.B. als Produktionsleiter/in, Betriebsleiter/in oder Leiter/in Produktion, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Du nimmst Dinge in die Hand und findest eigene Lösungen
  • Du hast Lust darauf, eine Lebensmittelproduktion weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
