IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Organisation und Überwachung der Produktion
  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter (ca. 34 Mitarbeiter in 2 Schichten) sowie Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes
  • Optimierung und Koordination der betrieblichen Abläufe in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von Innovationspotentialen
  • Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Terminplanung von Kundenaufträgen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene gewerblich / technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem stahlver- bzw. bearbeitenden Betrieb
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
