  • Koordination von Personal, Material und Terminen zur Sicherstellung
  • einer effizienten Produktion Führung, Motivation und
  • Weiterentwicklung eines qualifizierten Produktionsteams Enge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Entwicklung und Service
  • Unterstützung bei Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeprojekten im Werk sowie
  • gelegentlich vor Ort beim Kunden Analyse und Lösung technischer
  • Herausforderungen im Produktionsumfeld Sicherstellung von
  • Qualitätsstandards sowie Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben
  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung
  • zum Meister/Techniker oder ein technisches Studium Mehrjährige
  • Berufserfahrung im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Sondermaschinenbau
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte und
  • lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit technischen
  • Zeichnungen und betrieblichen Kennzahlen Hands-on-Mentalität,
  • Teamgeist und Reisebereitschaft Was wir Ihnen bieten:
