In unserem neuen Fräs- und Druckzentrum LexMill in Dresden fertigen wir digitale Zahntechnik. Für die operative Leitung unserer Produktion suchen wir einen erfahrenen Produktionsleiter. Zahntechnisches Fachwissen ist kein Muss - entscheidend sind Ihre Erfahrung in der Produktionsorganisation und Ihre Führungsstärke.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Leitung und Organisation unseres Fräs- und Druckzentrums
  • Planung und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe, Kapazitäten und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und effizienter Maschinenauslastung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsteams
  • Optimierung von Prozessen (Lean, KVP)
  • Verantwortung für Wartung und Instandhaltung des Maschinenparks
  • Ihr Arbeitszeitrahmen (Schichten): 06-20 Uhr (Montag-Freitag)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. CNC-Fertigung, Medizintechnik, Feinmechanik, Zahntechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung mit CAD/CAM-Fertigung oder CNC-Maschinen von Vorteil - kein Muss
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsstärke
