Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Inbetriebnahme und den erfolgreichen Hochlauf der Produktion von Batteriemodulen und Wechselrichtern
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Produktionsorganisation
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Liefertermintreue, Produktivität und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Planung und Steuerung der Produktionskapazitäten sowie Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcenauslastung
  • Einführung, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Industrial Engineering, Qualität, Logistik, Instandhaltung, Supply Chain und Entwicklung
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzstandards
  • Steuerung von Lean-Management- und KVP-Maßnahmen sowie Analyse relevanter Produktionskennzahlen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten sowie der Auswahl und Implementierung neuer Fertigungs- und Automatisierungstechnologien
  • Förderung einer offenen, leistungsorientierten und wertschätzenden Führungskultur

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; alternativ eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer industriellen Serienproduktion, idealerweise im Automotive-, Batterie-, Elektronik- oder Anlagenbauumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau neuer Produktionslinien sowie im Serienanlauf und Produktionshochlauf von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Shopfloor Management, KVP sowie der Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionskennzahlen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Entscheidungsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
