  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktionsabläufe in unserer Wäscherei
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und termingerechter Lieferung
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Einführung neuer Technologien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Logistik und Kundenservice
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung – Quereinsteiger/innen mit Führungstalent und Organisationsgeschick sind ausdrücklich willkommen!
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten
  • Teamführungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse an Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätssicherung und modernen Produktionsmethoden
  • Identifikation mit den Werten eines familiengeführten Unternehmens
