Trigema W.Grupp KG, mit Sitz im schwäbischen Burladingen, ist mit 1.200 Mitarbeitern Deutschlands größter Hersteller von Sport- und Freizeitbekleidung. Für unser Konfektionswerk in 88361 Altshausen suchen wir eine Produktionsleitung. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für unser Konfektionswerk in Altshausen vollumfänglich verantwortlich.

### Ihre Stärken

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Koordination einer Produktion
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Meister, etc.) im Textil/Bekleidungsbereich
  • Planvolles und strukturiertes Vorgehen, dynamisches und konsequentes Handeln, betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
  • Teamplayer mit Führungsqualitäten, natürlicher Autorität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Überwachung und Optimierung des gasamten Produktionsablaufes
  • Sicherstellung der reibungslosen und termingerechten Auslieferung der Produktionsaufträge
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung und Personaleinsatzplanung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse der Produktionskennzahlen sowie Einleitung und Nachhaltung vor Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Qualitätsüberwachung sowie Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
