*Produktionsmanager (m/w/d) *

*Ihre Aufgaben:*

  • Planung und Erstellung von Produktionsaufträgen
  • Überwachung von Terminen und Kapazitäten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von wichtigen Produktionsdaten
  • Abstimmung zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Vertrieb und Logistik
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Erkennen und Beseitigen von Engpässen
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Mitarbeit an Verbesserungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

*Ihr Profil:*

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder Disposition von Vorteil
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
