- Aufgaben:
- Herstellung von Nasensprays unter Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien und Herstellvorgaben
- Bedienung, Bestückung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion
- Durchführung standardisierter Produktionsschritte gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Inprozesskontrollen sowie Chargen- und Prozessdaten
- Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs im Schichtbetrieb
- Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung von Anlagen, Maschinen und Produktionsbereichen
- Erkennung und Meldung von Qualitätsabweichungen, Prozessstörungen und Anlagenfehlern
- Profil:
- Pharmakant, Chemikant, Chemisch-technischer Assistent oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen und automatisierten Produktionsanlagen
- Kenntnisse standardisierter Produktionsprozesse sowie Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
- Sorgfalt, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
